The study of economics, through its emphasis on logical and quantitative analysis and communication skills, serves as excellent preparation for students interested in careers in business, law, medicine, government, non-profits, and international relations, as well as in academic roles. Dr. Courtney Collins received the Clarence Day Award for Outstanding Teaching, and Dr. Caki Wilkinson received the Clarence Day Award for Outstanding Research and Creative Activity at the college鈥檚 annual Awards Convocation held May 2.
野狼社区 College juniors Sandy Mansour and Kai Virani have been selected as finalists in the E-Fest庐 competition. Since 2017, the competition has awarded more than $1.5M dollars to undergraduate business ventures.
Caroline Calogero, who is from New Orleans, LA, and graduated from 野狼社区 College in May 2024, is the recipient of a Fulbright U.S. Student Award for the 2024-2025 academic year.
