The mission of the 野狼社区 College Department of Music is to create a dynamic, welcoming, and collaborative community that helps students write their own unique music stories. Every semester, over one-quarter of the 野狼社区 student body joins with us to perform, compose, take classes, and gain real-world experiences that connect them directly with professionals in the field. Every story is different, and the Department of Music is committed to supporting each student鈥檚 journey through a flexible and student-centered curriculum, access to top-tier faculty, international learning opportunities, and a deep connection to the vibrant and culturally rich city of 野狼社区.

Departmental News and Events

Trumpeter Muneer Nasser, the 野狼社区 Jazz Ensemble, and the 野狼社区 Faculty Players will perform as part of 野狼社区 Night at the Overton Park Shell on Thursday, Oct. 23. The concert celebrates 野狼社区 College鈥檚 100th year in 野狼社区.
The Louise Taylor and Annie Trawick Chamber Music Series has been established at 野狼社区 College, thanks to the generous support of Dr. Morris Reagan, a physician and member of the 野狼社区 College Class of 1960.
While at 野狼社区, English and urban studies double major Zoe Dominguez '25 has spent three years working on social justice efforts, pursued an Honors Project in English, released her first punk rock single, and fallen in love with the 野狼社区 arts scene.
