Tara Webb, Ph.D., serves as Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and Chief Data Officer at Ò°ÀÇÉçÇø College. She leads the College’s enterprise data and analytics strategy, advancing evidence‑based decision making and supporting institutional priorities. In this role, she oversees the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness and collaborates closely with colleagues across campus on accreditation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
She joined Ò°ÀÇÉçÇø in 2025 after nearly a decade at Kalamazoo College, where she held progressively senior roles, including Director of Institutional Research. Earlier in her career, she taught research methods and statistics at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where she also earned her bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in Psychology.
Drawn to Ò°ÀÇÉçÇø’ mission and its deep commitment to student success, she remains engaged with scholarship on student learning, data‑informed leadership, and institutional effectiveness. Her work is grounded in the belief that high‑quality data strengthens institutional decision making and enhances the student experience.
Quan Dinh

Quan Dinh is a Ò°ÀÇÉçÇø College graduate, Class of 2021. At Ò°ÀÇÉçÇø, he majored in Computer Science and minored in Mathematics.
Quan joined Ò°ÀÇÉçÇø College staff in February 2022 in the role of Institutional Research Data Analyst. His job consists of building reports and writing data queries to gather data needed for important decisions across campus. The data Quan pulls are also used for external and compliance reporting for agencies such as IPEDS, TICUA, and U.S. News. He amends and maintains existing and functional reports for various departments and areas.
In his free time, Quan enjoys spending time with friends, listening to music, and discovering new music. He loves building Legos, playing video games, and NYT games (Crossword, Connections, and Wordle). He also enjoys bowling.
William McLain

William McLain is a Ò°ÀÇÉçÇø College alumnus from Charlotte, NC. As a member of the Class of 2020, he majored in Anthropology/Sociology and participated in Ò°ÀÇÉçÇø Singers, theatre, and student leadership.
In August 2025, William stepped into his role as the Associate Director of Institutional Research. He previously worked in the Registrar’s Office at Ò°ÀÇÉçÇø and in Workday consulting, where he developed expertise in data strategy, reporting, and business systems analysis. He is passionate about advancing Ò°ÀÇÉçÇø’ long-term data initiatives and supporting data-informed decision-making across campus.
Outside of work, William enjoys spending time with his dog, Bagel. He is also an avid collector of vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, and all forms of physical media. He welcomes visitors to his office—stop by to chat!
